You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jliaa login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jliaa will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
jliaa is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
Accepted Philippine government IDs for KYC verification include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO), UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID.
jliaa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jliaa wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which typically occurs within the same business day during standard banking hours.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating source.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. jliaa reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, jliaa may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.
All transactions on jliaa are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jliaa does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
jliaa complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. jliaa reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Players must not use the jliaa platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
jliaa reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
jliaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.
All games available on jliaa use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform's system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jliaa reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.

jliaa is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. jliaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if jliaa reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jliaa reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your jliaa account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
